תיאור חווית הקנייה:בס"ד רכשתי דרך הטלפון זיכרון נייד מהיר עד 1000MB POR SECOND של קינגסטון עם חיבור TYPE A , עשיתי משלוח דרך PICK UP , נועם אחד מהעובדים החביבים החליט לקצר את התהליך והקפיץ לי את זה הביתה לאחר ששמע ממני עד כמה הדבר דחוף לי, בתכלס הייתי אמור לקחת יציאת TYPE C וששוחחתי איתם הם עשו לי החלפה ללא עלות משלוח, והכל תוך כדי סבלנות וחיוך, (כן כן, מרגישים דרך הטלפון... ) לא נתנו לי להרגיש לרגע אחד אולי אני טרחן ונודניק, ובאו לקראתי בכל שאלותיי, שגיב המנהל וליאון וכל הצוות שם נתנו לי הרגשה כאילו אני המלך אדוארד השני, שירות VIP מעל ומעבר , פשוט לא נתקלתי בכזה דבר, תודה לכם וכל הכבוד !!!

ניגשתי לקנות פלאפון, קיבלתי שרות מעולה מהנציג בסניף כפר סבא! ענו לי על כל השאלות, שמו מגן מסך, אפילו עזרו לי להעביר ספר טלפונים, מההתחלה עד הסוף, תודה!

אומנם נאלצתי לבטל את העסקה בגלל סיבות שלא קשורות לחנות אבל אני חייב לציין שההליך שעברתי לכל אורך הקניה ובנוסף הליך הביטול היה חלק ומדהים. אמיר נותן שירות סבלני, מכיל ומדהים - אני יותר מאשמח לעשות איתכם עסקים בעתיד :)

לא הכרתי את קינג גיימס לפני שרכשתי את הכיסא Cougar Argo הנפלא. הגעתי אליהם דרך זאפ ועל סמך ביקורות חיוביות ומחיר טוב החלטתי לקנות דרכם את הכיסא. אני חייב לציין שהשירות היה מעולה, וגם כשרציתי לשאול אחר סטטוס ההזמנה המענה היה מהיר מאוד והשירות היה אדיב. זה מאוד חשוב כאשר רוכשים מוצר. שוחחתי עם בחור בשם אמיר והוא נתן לי מענה על כל מה שרציתי. חשוב לציין שהכיסא עצמו הגיע באיכות מעולה, ארוז היטב וכעת אני משתמש בו בהנאה גדולה.
